Update Student Information

Students must use UAccess Student   to change the information displayed within the Online Phonebook. 

Students can change their name that displays within the Phonebook through the Registrar's Office. See Change Directory/Personal Information.

Students may elect to have their personal student information removed from the UA Online Phonebook using UAccess Student > Student Center. The Personal Information section of Student Center provides a Privacy Settings form for restricting the release of your personal information. Information will be removed from the online directory within one business day.

  • Login to UAccess Student Center with your UANet ID and Password at: http://uaccess.arizona.edu

  • Locate Personal Information section

Under Personal Information click on the dropdown menu and select Privacy Settings

Select changes under each category that you want to allow Release to Publication and click on the Save button

After the information is saved the next screen provides a confirmation of which information you have chosen to restrict from public view.

Students can change their name that displays within the UA Online Phonebook through the Registrar's Office.

Student Employee Information: 
The employee information is displayed for each UA student employee within the UA Online Phonebook. Students may choose not to display their student information, but the employee information will be displayed.
